So much cheaper and don’t take the long way around. I’ll always use Lyft in Dallas!!!

90% of the drivers are friendly, helpful, and engaging. And they know where they are going and how to get there without a map. Great experience overall

Very frustrating how the gps consistently takes the driver and I the longest route. I swear every time I get into a Lyft I’m left wondering what kind of caveman technology you’re using to get us around.

Excellent service and great conversation

When taking a divy bike if you hit directions it takes you to the spot, not the nearest parking station like it used to. Terrible update, I have no idea why anyone would prefer mapping to the spot and then needing to bike to the nearest park spot.

My driver was extremely nice but still professional! So I added my return trip with him as well and hope to get him again!

On Lyft drivers are always kind and make sure you get to your destination as soon as possible. They also make sure you are safe by confirming you are who you say you are and vice versa. And Lyft almost always has better deals than Uber.

The cars and drivers with lift are always clean and pleasant. Usually cheaper than the “other” company too.
