Overcharged than the initially shown price
I picked the 19 min option for a lower rate which was around 28 USD, and due to the 10 USD reward I have, I was expecting to pay around 18 USD. Somehow I am charged 38 USD (tax being around 1.30 USD), and with the award ended up paying 28 USD. The 19 min option was not taken into account, and I paid as if I have not waited at all.
Very Limited Service - Highly Disappointing
This is my first ever review to an app but I had to do this. Unfortunately, they are way behind competition. Every single time I order a Lyft, I wait for my ride, and they can’t find a driver or the driver cancels, wasting my time… This never happens with Uber. Lyft needs to make major changes to their operating model is they want to stay in business.
Language !!
I would definitely recommend that you use the big cities in Turkey, but the Turkish language support as soon as we expect, please
