I have been using your services for many years, but this would be perhaps the last time.
It is totally unacceptable not to be able to pick up the reserved and paid car not earlier than 15 minutes before stated time. My plane arrived earlier and i have to wait one hour to get the car in case the rental company have the keys and the car ready. I also suggested to pay extra for that service, but this also impossible! What would happen if my flight is delayed and i miss the exact hour?!?
I appreciate that you manage your business by systems, but the systems must not make your customers life more complicated!
The worst ever
You are the worst rentalcar app/website. You take 3 times money from my card and always cancel the reservation after that and no returning the money. Your support is useless as they only make people more nervous and refuse to help in anyway just explaining that they dont know why it happens and cannot do anything, when they should give me an rental from them which every normal company will do. I dont recommend them if it was possible to be 0 star I would give them. Awful!!!

AVOID
Rentalcars lost my booking so couldn’t send me confirmation email. They had charged me though. They made me create a PDF of the screenshot of my credit card before they’d even try to look for it. Then said they’d respond 5 to 7 days later. My booking was two days away so they told me the best thing to do was book and pay for another car. Customer service is a nightmare. Inept, incompetent and couldn’t care less. Recommend avoiding at all costs
Car delayed by 4 hours
They wouldn’t refund despite a 4 hour wait until a car was available. Avoid, and book direct to mitigate this risk.
Promoting bad companies
I hired a car via Rental cars from OK mobility, if you go onto Trust pilot and read the reviews of OK mobility you will see they are completely scamming people out of deposits - I lost £1000 myself. I don’t believe if Rental cars did some proper investigations
Into this they would be promoting business to OK Mob - therefore I will boycott them (Rental cars) until they take action against OK Mob and I suggest you do the same ….
Service support
I have used this company for many years. However, due to a program error, I booked and paid for a car on October 11 instead of October 13. Without checking the date, I completed the payment.
A minute later, I noticed the mistake and contacted support, who said they couldn’t do anything because there were less than 48 hours left. Why? What is the problem with simply moving the reservation? I am not canceling it; I am asking the company to be customer-oriented and just reschedule it two days later. If necessary, I would have paid extra. However, the manager just kicked me out of the chat, saying he couldn’t do anything. No support whatsoever!
I will never use this company again until you learn how to operate properly. You just took all the money with a 100% cancellation penalty. I am a customer; I pay money and expect the company to meet me halfway. What kind of service is this? Just throwing a paying customer who spends thousands of euros a year out of the chat!
