This app is easy to use. Just read carefully the terms and conditions also the direction.
New app doesn’t even let me add a booking… I missed my reservation. Why change something that was good?
You used to be the best in the business Now it’s too hard You don’t remember any details and you don’t do Apple Pay ?? Outrageous I have to repeatedly type in Names House number Street City Postcode Card number Expiry CVV 10 fields I have repeatedly given you over the years And you make me me type them in again , again , again , again So boring no thanks I’ll never use you again goodbye
This app used to be fantastic, but since it was taken over by booking.com, they seem to have messed it all up. You can no longer view your upcoming bookings. Even when I try adding a booking manually with my email and booking reference, it doesn't save. So I end up having to trawl through my emails finding bookings.really poor experience. I had to call the call centre for my last two bookings as I couldn't find the email and the girl told me oh yes, it's happens to other customers. Really???
The app used to work just fine, but after the last update that added “by Booking.com” the “Bookings” tab doesn’t work, it keeps loading until shows “something went wrong”. This means that the bookings I made don’t show up in the app right when we need it the most: during summer. Great work for bugging it just in time for holidays.
Are used to use the Rentalcars and its app a number of years ago and it worked perfectly. Came back to her car via Rentalcars which is fine. But the app no longer works and does not show the booking. And keeps crashing. What’s the point in the app if it no longer shows what you’ve booked? Sort it out please
What on earth have Booking.com done to this app?! Utterly ruined. Can’t log in, it doesn’t remember my bookings, keeps crashing. Used to be my go-to hire car app, won’t be wasting my time again.
Have not been able to view current or past bookings for weeks now. Was hoping the last update would sort it out but I still see that same “something went wrong“ error message when I click on bookings.
After an update yesterday all previous rentals and current bookings lost.
