Completamente enganado, é sempre uma surpresa na hora de levantar a viatura. Existe sempre qualquer coisa por contratar. Mesmo depois de contratar a cobertura total a mesma não é aceite pela empresa de aluguer e terás que fazer nova cobertura no dia de levantamento, encarecendo e muito o aluguer. Por isso, não recomendo. Fui mesmo aconselhado pelas diferentes empresas que a melhor opção seria fazer as reservas diretamente na pagina oficial das mesmas. Evitando assim esta confusão de contratos. “O barato pode por vezes sai muito caro”.

Cobram seguro de 40 euros para uma cobertura total, pois essa cobertura total não é sobre o veículo, mas sim sobre a reserva. Procurem a companhia que desejam e aluguem por la, por vezes mais barato e sem esquemas, “Cobertura total” é um engano!

Não confiar pagamentos a estes senhores, aconteceu-me ao tentar reservar um carro a aplicação informou-me Reserva sem sucesso , tentei fazer duas vezes a reserva , nisto umas horas depois recebi emails a confirmar as reservas quando já não estava a querer estás reservas porque tinha sido informado que tinha sido sem sucesso, a rentalcars não assumiu o erro e obrigou- me a pagar , após vários anos a alugar carros por esta via , estes senhores não têm o mínimo de dignidade.
