Didn’t provide car at the airport in Dubai. I send a claim to refund money but nobody replied

I have booked a car in the application in Palermo. When I got to the airport, provider service said to me made a deposit payment. But their terminal didn’t accept my card, because of incorrect password. But in the other provider at the airport I used my card without any problem and rent a car on the spot. Anyway, I lose my money, and Rentalcars decline my request of return my money. Unbelievable.

Not refund the money

They are just liars! I have booked a car in Naples using this application and bought full insurance. The application accepted request, got money from my card and showed confirmation page with statement that I’m fully protected. When I was retuning the car, a slight scratch was noticed, so rental company got 300 euro from my card. Being sure that I’m fully protected according to this Rentalcars application, I paid these money. Later I contacted support service and asked to compensate my expenses and received answer - “we cannot do it since with some reason Rentalcover didn’t confirmed your insurance”. Meanwhile, app still tells that I’m fully protected!!! I’m in messaging with them about 2 months already with zero result! They aren’t responsible for their app! Never use it!

It would be nice to be able to add bookings to Wallet.

Support not answer, not refund my money, not get car in SIXT.

Rentalcars lost my booking so couldn’t send me confirmation email. They had charged me though. They made me create a PDF of the screenshot of my credit card before they’d even try to look for it. Then said they’d respond 5 to 7 days later. My booking was two days away so they told me the best thing to do was book and pay for another car. Customer service is a nightmare. Inept, incompetent and couldn’t care less. Recommend avoiding at all costs

They wouldn’t refund despite a 4 hour wait until a car was available. Avoid, and book direct to mitigate this risk.

I hired a car via Rental cars from OK mobility, if you go onto Trust pilot and read the reviews of OK mobility you will see they are completely scamming people out of deposits - I lost £1000 myself. I don’t believe if Rental cars did some proper investigations Into this they would be promoting business to OK Mob - therefore I will boycott them (Rental cars) until they take action against OK Mob and I suggest you do the same ….

I have used this company for many years. However, due to a program error, I booked and paid for a car on October 11 instead of October 13. Without checking the date, I completed the payment. A minute later, I noticed the mistake and contacted support, who said they couldn’t do anything because there were less than 48 hours left. Why? What is the problem with simply moving the reservation? I am not canceling it; I am asking the company to be customer-oriented and just reschedule it two days later. If necessary, I would have paid extra. However, the manager just kicked me out of the chat, saying he couldn’t do anything. No support whatsoever! I will never use this company again until you learn how to operate properly. You just took all the money with a 100% cancellation penalty. I am a customer; I pay money and expect the company to meet me halfway. What kind of service is this? Just throwing a paying customer who spends thousands of euros a year out of the chat!
