Virker perfekt
This app helped my a lot to see and get an understanding on what sleep really means
The app is ok I guess, but there’s just too much, I have used it for nearly a mont now and I still don’t know what half of different taps and buttons do. Think it’s ok for better sleep but to difficult to navigate in.
11/10
Liked the app and wanted to get the subscription but found out it took allmost all my battery usage.
The app interrupted my sleep at 5.30 am with a loud notification congratulating me with my sleep debt progress. One of the reasons I ended up with paying the high subscription for the app is my wish to tackle my problem with staying asleep, you should think the algorithm was aware of my sleep patterns, being “scientific”and all 😐
It’s a great app to get better sleep and sleep habits. There is one downside tho. I finde the yearly price to be high. And their subscription options isn’t very clear on what you get. There are 7 subscription options and non of them specify what they have over the other. Also family share is available but it’s not specific on which subscription it’s supported on.
The app seems great. Awesome features. BUT if you want to use it u have to pay up. If the gad made IDK calender integration and some other features “premium” so the were behind a paywall. That would be fine then just make the tracker, debt, and energy chart free features and then the features helping u use the info premium so that free users have to keep track of it themselves by opening the app or remembering it. While premium gets the extra quality of life stuff where the app holds their hand and reminds them about the important peaks and dips and all that. This way you could get way more users onto the app which in turn Might lead to more sales of subscriptions because people get the info on the free side. And some get slightly annoyed about having to keep track of stuff themselves and will therefore pay for the premium. The premium users Might then show and recommend it to family and friends who Can then get it free and Might get the premium. Positive feedback loop What you have just get people to download and then uninstall at the paywall due to the Extreme High Price. I know it is for a year but it is still Netflix/disney+ level prices for a sleep tracker Just my opinion
Pros Free trial- allows you to get insights that are useful but not worth the subscription fee. Slick interface. Easy setup Uses already gathered data from Health Cons Short free trial - not enough time to gauge potential benefits of use. Can’t subscribe for 30 days Expensive - the functionality certainly does not justify the price. General: all sleep apps are good if you require a nudge in the right direction to improve your QoL. I can’t justify the price tag of this over the free Apple Health. I wouldn’t pay 70 USD for this as a one time purchase. Perhaps 50. The functions just don’t justify this steep price for a subscription. The app design deserves 5-stars Functionality 3 Price 2. But we don’t judge books by their cover… so the app gets a generous 3-star review
