I really like this app but the problem is you can't use it after 7 days free trial. I wish app developers would fix that problem or even make this app a little bit cheaper for those people who don't have money in use. I rate RISE 3 out of 5. I really liked using RISE but unfortunately I can't use it anymore…

I have given this app many chances, but the devs won’t fix the two major issues: 1) No way to disable ”standing desk iPhone” detection which messes up the stages and 2) widgets not working half the time.

Very complicated to use. Gives me weird predictions about when I will have energy peak and sleepy peak. It didn’t even match. Also woke me up with alarm even though it was weekend and I had set it to do that only weekdays.

Charges for the whole year after the trial and drains your battery

Wanted to give it a try, so downloaded the app and used it for a couple of weeks. I warn you: the app will charge you for the whole year in advance and will destroy your battery life! The price was advertised by the monthly price, which was not too bad. Therefore, I decided to continue the subscription for a couple of weeks after the free trial. Little did I know that they had charged me for the whole year after the free trial. I was shocked and dissapointed. The app works fine, but it will DRAIN your battery. The app does not offer much more than the default health app on the iphone. The app used 20% of all my battery capacity according to the data from the iphone settings. I canceled my subscription which I hope I had not made in the first place. Do not use the app if you are not willing to pay for the whole year in advance and have really bad battery life!

I’ve found the app very useful in holding myself accountable with sleeping enough. The app also has lots of great functions such as you daily energy levels based on your sleep, gentle alarm as well as various information about improving your sleep (that you can take action on in the app). Nice little tool to add to your routine ☺️!
