We want to help get ahead of the Insufficient Sleep Epidemic (CDC, 2014) we are currently experiencing and that has been steadily increasing since 1985. This Epidemic has led to elevated mortality rates (Cappuccio, 2010) as well as underperformance in most aspects of life (RAND, 2016).

Subscription pricing and terms:
Rise offers an auto-renewing yearly subscriptions at $59.99/yr or $35.99/yr to provide you with unlimited access to the RISE Sleep & Energy improvement membership and all premium features. We offered a limited-time free trials of 7-days to explore the Premium features for free.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App Store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription by going to your Profile page, or on the App Store Subscriptions settings page.
With your Rise Premium subscription, you may be eligible for life and AD&D insurance.

I really enjoyed the timeline, of my peaks and lows of my energy shown to me. Made me have more awareness of myself. My favorite feature was to track my sleep debt. It was easy to modify sleep times and add naps.

Just no words how easy it is to set it up and it gives you the timelines when ti fall a sleep and when to wake up and when is the time you have mist energy.

App imported all my sleep data from Apple Health and used my unhealthy sleep pattern to offer same sleep schedule. It predicted high energy periods atv times I was most sleepy during the day. USELESS. Doesn't offer anything that eg Fitbit Premium offers

Besides being expensive, doesn't even automatically integrate with Health app & use the data from there. I use an Apple Watch & SleepWatch app tracks my sleep very accurately, so I was interested to see more & different type of data with Rise, but it was a total fail. I'm not going to manually put in data. The Health app integration is an absolute must.

I have clinical insomnia and need a strict bedtime schedule to help me sleep. I chose this app when I saw it in the App Store and wanted to try it. Most of the time it’s great! It helps me keep a schedule and because of that I am able to have a good night’s rest. I like that I can log in my sleep time! However, there are those mornings when I wake up long before the alarm and the app gets weird. It’s like the app assumes I got 0 sleep the night before and believes I am in the melatonin stage. When I try to log in my sleep time the app malfunctions.

My Oura ring is the only reason why I cancelled. This is so insightful in optimizing sleep and organizing daily activities based on energy level. However, you have to care on your own. This app isn’t a magic pill. You have to put in the work.

It’s a great app. It helps me catch up with my sleep, but sometimes it doesn’t know when I slept, which is hard sometimes because neither do I and it also cost money.

I really like this app but times are hard and I can’t sleep and I did the free trial and I love this app it’s just I can’t afford it in any ways I no this might not be possible but please make this app free for us
