Interesting science behind sleep tracking and schedule. Helpful in improving sleep quality.
The app is indeed very good , but 999/mo or 6999/year is very very expensive. 2 months back it was 4999 & now prices increase to 6999 . Indian market is very price conscious

Great app it really tells me how to improve my sleep
I’ve had great experience with rise n it’s actually improved my life, helping me manage my chronic sleep issues, not solve but manage and I think that’s so important. All the said, the widget’s need improved. It’s important that the peaks and dips in energy data visualisation be accurate on the widget, where as it’s always somewhere else when it’s something else in app. A big part of my experience is this data visualisation of my energy… After the latest update the widgets went blank only… idk what’s that abt. Hoping that’s just temporary n will go away. Please improve the widgets 😩 They also cut off at margins weirdly, I think it might be an ignored part of design. I think improving widgets could better the functionality so much. 🩵😭🤌🏾
Extremely helpful for those trying to manage their sleep, peak performance hours, screen time and more
App does nicely what it is for. The peak and dip times are accurate. It always good to know how much sleep we are lacking and plan accordingly. Only thing is sometimes adding nap, alters my previous sleep of the same day and breaks the data. It happens once in a while. I reported same with video. And still no resolution.
