I wanted to test it out with the free trial. They offered me a discount if I wanted a 1 month membership so I agreed. It said 19.99 TRY BUT THEY BİLLED ME 239.99 TRY. So I wrote to apple for the price difference I was billed I wanted a 219.99 refund but they refunded and canceled my subscription. So funny.

I can't use this app because I need to give an access to iOS motion & fitness first. I can't do that in my settings. And the "Customer support" button on the screen doesn't work, so I'm not be able to get any promised help.

Dumbest and the least accessible UI design I've ever seen in my life. Impossible to adjust your next bedtime according to your sleep needs, therefore your melatonin window, therefore your evening routines. Unnecessarily complicated and makes you think that the person who designed it was high on duty. If you try to delete your account (because there is no reset data option!) to readjust your bedtime, congratulations, you will have to pay the subscription fee once again! I've never this bad for wasting money on an app. Typical overhyped silicon valley bro stuff. Wish you success with your upcoming word-salad induced Ted Talks.

While using the 7-day trial of the app, which doesn’t even support my own language, a large amount of 1800 liras is deducted from my card in silence, without receiving a warning e-mail or message, in the app where they say that they will warn you and send you an information e-mail before the paid subscription starts, which they gave as promise when I first became a member, and until I see this on my card statements. I did not receive any information. I want a refund, I need that money and it is not an amount that can be taken in silence.

I was able to better understand my sleep patterns and increase my energy levels with Rise. The daily energy graph was especially helpful for planning daily activities and workouts. Unfortunately, because of its expensive cost—especially considering Turkey's lower income levels—I can no longer afford it. Although it's a useful tool, one major drawback is its cost.

They try to get money from my credit card for a month of membership, within the 1 week trial period. Before the trial period ends. This is misleading and fraud. Thanks to my foresight, I used virtual card and they couldn't get money. Always use virtual credit card to avoid scammers.

The app is super good !

Enjoy using it but the pricing is really making it hard to make a decision to subscribe.
