I'd expect more from an app costing 70$. Important features like adding naps etc didn't work for the longest time. When on vacation: Alarms and hours didn't align to the new time zone you are in… Nice gimmick but should be priced at 10$ instead of 70…
Helped me a lot
I reported multiple bugs. This app is so often inaccurate, I reported them all, gave plenty of time, never got an answer. For example: a 0 night sleep changes the sleep debt to improvement. notifications (not alarm) wake me up while I’m still sleeping, that’s why I had to mute it. naps aren’t recorded. manual changes often disappear a day later. waking up in middle of the night: the rest of the night usually doesn’t get tracked anymore. or only a nap gets recorded but not the night sleep. I did like the idea of the app, the lessons, sleep debt and energy level. but the sleep tracker is full of bugs and useless like this. Once all bugs will be fixed, I would love to come back for a new subscription.
I like it but you need to pay and thats not great I thought that it was for free but it isn't 🥲but it is great if you want to pay 70FR every year.

The only sleep app I tested that really changed my sleep quality. I learned how much sleep I need with a years data right from day one. I like the fact it tells me the best window to fall asleep easily (Melatonin) It focus on positive information to motivate me on how sleep improves, such as the energy level for the day is getting higher the better I sleep. The adaptation are so smooth and easy to follow. The charts are easy to understand.
I don’t have money but to use the app I need to pay
I had questions on the apps functionalities before getting RISE so i asked them a few questions. They were super helpful and friendly and overall really a great experience.
honestly, nice concept. the app is very poorly designed though. it has no overview. i’m still overwhelmed with where i find what. it should be much simpler. and secondly it doesn’t work. my sleeping rhythm is very bad. i go to bed at 6am. the app doesn’t wanna listen to that and suddenly sais i’ve gone to bed at 3am already. waking up time also very wrong. there are three ways to let the app know how you wake up (sound, vibration, touchscreen). but still, the app always told me i was already awake 3h prior to me waking up. so no, i cannot recommend this until if’s improved.
