I gavs it a 4 star, the app is really great and the way the app gives your information through the day is helpful. Call me a pooron but I dont have the money to spend 12 dollars every month. I would buy this subscription if it 8 dollars or less. But anything else about this app is top quality, this is 100% the best sleep app you will find on App Store.

Have to pay alot of money and there is no version to not pay

I can’t with all there apps that say they’re great and then you get to downloading and opening it says you have to pay like why not just make it cost money when in AppStore when I’m about to download so I don’t waste my time

I genuinely think that this app is AMAZING from what I’ve seen, BUT the fact that it costs makes me a little sad. I’m a teenager with sleeping problems who’s parents won’t pay for an app like this and who can’t afford to pay it herself. I just wish that it would be free for teens and cost for adults.

I’ve been using this App for months, and it has actually made a big difference. The great thing is the knowledge you gain about your own sleep needs. Knowledge is everything. And it’s not just helpful for nighttime sleep. Also during the day, you learn about your personal energy peaks dips. I’ve made some small changes to my routine and it’s very satisfying to see my sleep debt reduce. Highly recommended. Update: Whenever I’m having a bad day, I notice it directly correlates to having 9+ hours sleep debt. This is great as then I know what actions to take 😴 so it’s good for mental health too. Combine this App with reading “Why We Sleep” book

I get that this app could be good. The app told me that I should wake up at 6/7 am. But I can’t wake up at that time I have to wake up earlier. Also i didn’t even add the time I go to bed so how would the app know when I should wake up? I couldn’t change the time that I went to sleep or when I actually had to wake up. This app did not work good for me but if you don’t have a time to follow when you sleep or believe that an app knows when you sleep then this might be good I guess.

I find this a great app and I have already seen huge improvements in my sleep. Definitely recommend. I recommend trying the free trial first. People saying 999kr is expensive, but it’s just 83.25 kr per month. It’s not that expensive most people pay more with Spotify or Netflix

I have big troubles falling asleep and getting energy but 999 kr is my income and it’s to expensive I need other more important stuff but I can tell it’s a really good app

I’m autistic and have adhd so being able to track my energy is essential for me. I tried it for a trial period and it was really helpful. However it’s way to expensive for me but if you have the money I strongly recommend this app!

Syncing needs improvement

A good concept but the sleep sync to my Apple watch isn’t accurate (misses sleep that is visable in both Apple Health and Autosleep), which makes the app useless unfortunately, since the predictions and calculations are based on the sleep data.
