Subscription pricing and terms:
Rise offers an auto-renewing yearly subscriptions at $59.99/yr or $35.99/yr to provide you with unlimited access to the RISE Sleep & Energy improvement membership and all premium features. We offered a limited-time free trials of 7-days to explore the Premium features for free.
Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your App Store account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscription by going to your Profile page, or on the App Store Subscriptions settings page.
With your Rise Premium subscription, you may be eligible for life and AD&D insurance.

At first the app was a little scary to me, how could that be good, and then I forgot about cancel my subscription, but now I’m so happy for that. 🙂 It’s very accurate 💪 my new daily friend 😁

Women’s need for rest and sleep changes accordingly during the menstruation cycle, alongside with the sleep quality. I can’t believe that in 21st century, the businesses are still not taking into consideration half of the population within the targeted age range. Gender-biased, not taken into consideration the women’s needs and rhythm. This is a huge turn off. May unsubscribe because of that.

A fresh view on sleeping- something much more than just sleeping patterns. It helps to be consistent with your sleep schedule. I love the option to view your energy cycles throughout the day- I can plan more important tasks just when my energy is at its peak.

Great app, I would gladly use it if it was free

Używałem tej aplikacji przez miesiąc i takie są moje uwagi: producent daje tylko możliwość płacenia za rok z góry, nie bez powodu. Po tygodniu używania nie jesteś w stanie ocenić czy to faktycznie działa czy nie. Ja używałem apki miesiąc i uważam, że jest to fajny planner, który niestety w nocy zżera baterię. iPhone 13 Pro na wykresie pokazuje, że zużycie jest wysokie (prawdopodobnie przez użycie mikrofonu - apka robi nasłuch pomieszczenia w czasie naszego snu). Przez miesiąc czasu używania tek aplikacji dzień w dzień maksymalna pojemność mojej baterii spadła z 96% do 94%, co uważam za skandaliczne. W tym tempie w rok czasu będę miał do wymiany baterię. A teraz o funkcjonalności apki. Początkowa ocena wyrzuca generyczny wynik (8h snu), dzienny wykres pików i spadków zmienia się nieznacznie w ciągu miesiąca, choć mój sen jest nieregularny, czasem 8h, czasem są to 4h. Apka jest fajnym planerem i fajnie przypomina żeby nie pić kawy, albo zrobić energy boost, ale … NIE ZA TAKĄ CENĘ. Nie polecam.

I have the same thing in the calendar 6 times already 🤦‍♀️ And I use the app for 3 days or so. It seems that apps add something to calendar constantly, and it doesn’t clear the previous one.
