Can’t add 3 different type Sonos device - every time showed new error, used 2 different routers 2,4ghz WiFi, rj45 but stupid user way keeps running you in circles, showing new errors over and over again. I bought second Sonos system arc + sub + 5 for my second house . And spend 4 hours without results.

It’s frustrating as nothing works! App doesn’t start or freeze very often! Daily waiting for an update to fix all the issues but nothing there yet! Can’t play on the ikea symfonisk bookshelf devices Used to be a good app… but got worse with every update…

Don’t understand why one would ruin something so successful. They is no excuse and no ceo letters will help. Bring back the old version

Για να βάλει κάποιος μουσική να ακούσει στην εφαρμογή αυτή χρειάζεται να έχει σπουδάσει πυρηνική σονολογία στο πανεπιστήμιο της Οξφόρδης

After 80.0 you can’t choose room where you start new music. Playlist always starts on the first device. This is uncomfortable if the device has permanent ambient music.

Really not impressed how Sonos rushed the new 80 version without the Alarm feature.. It is quite important feature, you know… 😬😬

My sonos tube is regularly not working. I don’t really know what the issue is but i never really got useful help when i sent them an email. I also dont know how i could connect my Sonos to my spotify.

90% of the time, I have to run over to a physical speaker to change the volume, pause it, or change songs. All this while the app just lags and is completely unresponsive. They should just roll back to the non garbage version of the app.

the app fails to connect to my device results in my device airplay, smart assistant not working. it fails to update, it fails to find other device, keeps getting stuck at the searching the wifi page.

It’s been a year now that Sonos is working horribly with Spotify. It’s so unreliable. Failing all the time. Working worse than a bluetooth speaker. When are you solving it?!
