This App has lots of bugs!

Is not always responsive and if you want to boost further your products you need to integrate them with apps like YouTube without additional subscriptions .

Since the new app revamp, it has become even more unintuitive to browse the Sonos ecosystem. I appreciate that there is a wealth of sources and options but it therefore also requires more carefully structured user interfaces. Back to drawing board imo!

Now we are december 24 and my system is still laggy and lost since they decided to change their app and managed to ruin a perfectly working system, would I buy another product of Sonos? No unfortunatly my whole house is Sonos …

This app is getting worse and worse

The whole concept is to have something working smoothly, click and connect. I used Sonos for years, but for the last weeks/months… unable to enjoy it and such a struggle to get assistance or even a trick to make it work again

Eine einzige Katastrophe

I was looking forward to an improved app, just to find out that the user interface displays wrong information, that some features are still missing. Overall a big disappointment. Still optimistic, I am willing to update my review once improvements start to show.

Depuis la dernière grosse mise à jour, l’app mets plusieurs dizaines de secondes avant de se connecter au réseau (pourtant il y a seulement 2 Sonos:1…). Il y a toujours un message d’erreur quand on veut lancer une chanson. Une fois la chanson en cours, tous les contrôles sont très lents (plusieurs secondes entre le moment où on appuie sur le bouton et la réaction sur l’enceinte). Dommage car le concept et la qualité sonore sont très bons. Je dois bientôt agrandir mon système mais au vu des problèmes de l’app, je pense passer à Heos ou autre…
