This app and your program are the best. I am 71 years old stay motivated because of versatility of program and app. The ease of which you can program your workout and track results can’t be duplicated by anyone.
Totally lost on why simple things like building a workout or adding an excerise are locked behind paid versions. Customization should always be free but access to knowledge, resources and etc should garner a pro version subscription. I used the app originally for its easy tracking and storage but I liked that I could change things. Now it’s just use the app as is or pay to be able to just add a workout to the screen…kinda whack
I bought the lifetime subscription and enjoy the app. It really seems to work well and is easy to follow. In the end I am enjoying lifting and gaining muscle.

App is super easy to use and does all of the calculations for you both programming and what plates to add to the bar for each weight. I would really like adding custom movements to be easier and more initiative but that’s my literal only complaint. The app is so easy to use, and the built in timers for rest and sets are fantastic.
Unlike many fitness tracking apps this app is user friendly and easy to navigate. 👍🏽
This has been a great app as an intro to weightlifting for someone with no previous experience. It has everything you need to get started and make it simple.
