It's a complete deception…We bought a tour with an interpreter, as a result, we arrived earlier at the appointed place-no one came.They do not respond to messages, sometimes they stupidly write (probably a robot) that the ticket has been sent, but they showed the sent pieces of paper to many of the Louvre staff and they all said that it was not a ticket…I asked for a refund at least, which no one has even answered for a couple of hours.So I strongly advise against downloading even this application at all.The ticket was sold for about 80€ for two (and like for an hour or 1.5 hours), in fact, it was bought at the Louvre ticket office for 44 € for two with access to all halls and no time limit.

Just thieves. They wrote off money for an excursion, but there was no excursion itself. Don't use

A good application compared to other applications. Prices are reasonable and acceptable. In fact, I have not shared my experience with their services.

The tour person never showed up at the desired location which we told them at the time of booking our ticket and paying for it. We waited at the pick up location for more than an hour and nobody from the tour showed up nor did anyone picked up the call. Applied for refund got nothing but voucher which was fake aswell. Never worked .

After spending days reading and planning activities to book and really doing so. You will end up receiving cancelation emails or no show on the day of the activity… aside from the limited filters/sorting options on this app… other competitors have better filters makes it easier to find the activity

I had to use the website on my mobile browser to get full access to excursion details such as itinerary and full description.

It’s the best travel companion for any trip. It’ll literally help you enrich your travel experience.

A great tool to plan a trip that has a lot of activities. What needs to be improved is the truncated paragraphs in iPad display especially in the package description field. Also, the price shown for a trip or a package should be the average price instead of the lowest price. Despite the areas of improvement, I think it is a great app!
