It's a complete deception…We bought a tour with an interpreter, as a result, we arrived earlier at the appointed place-no one came.They do not respond to messages, sometimes they stupidly write (probably a robot) that the ticket has been sent, but they showed the sent pieces of paper to many of the Louvre staff and they all said that it was not a ticket…I asked for a refund at least, which no one has even answered for a couple of hours.So I strongly advise against downloading even this application at all.The ticket was sold for about 80€ for two (and like for an hour or 1.5 hours), in fact, it was bought at the Louvre ticket office for 44 € for two with access to all halls and no time limit.

Just thieves. They wrote off money for an excursion, but there was no excursion itself. Don't use

You need to do your own homework about your operators before booking Viator does not guarantee that agents are legit they take on anybody Eiffel Tower visit by 200%.

An operator I wanted to use in Milan. Paintnsip Milan by an operator named Sarah. We paid were present and she “stepped out for a coffee” never returned and cancelled our workshop and Viator refuses to give me my FULL refund for what is effectively theft! Help line is people that speak like bots and give the same copy past PR response and they refuse to help and only side with a lying operator. Even photographic evidence is ignored by Viator. Don’t expect safety on this app!

I’ve been trying to book for 2 days with 3 different cards. Very frustrating

The app does not open on my mobile. Really frustrating.

Been trying to plan a trip for couple of months now. Eventually deleted the app and reinstalled but still no joy, not working on IOS. When you open the app it just goes back to home screen of my phone. See the last update was a year ago. Is Viator still a legit thing? Can’t imagine anyone still in business not updating an app for a year, makes me wonder.
