It's a complete deception…We bought a tour with an interpreter, as a result, we arrived earlier at the appointed place-no one came.They do not respond to messages, sometimes they stupidly write (probably a robot) that the ticket has been sent, but they showed the sent pieces of paper to many of the Louvre staff and they all said that it was not a ticket…I asked for a refund at least, which no one has even answered for a couple of hours.So I strongly advise against downloading even this application at all.The ticket was sold for about 80€ for two (and like for an hour or 1.5 hours), in fact, it was bought at the Louvre ticket office for 44 € for two with access to all halls and no time limit.

Just thieves. They wrote off money for an excursion, but there was no excursion itself. Don't use

Reservamos una actividad que cuando la realizamos la mitad del servicio no se prestó, y no respondieron ante el guía local, nos dijeron que pusiéramos la reclamación directamente a ellos, habiéndola reservado con esta app.

I booked multiple trips from this app for my visit to multiple countries. Viator agents are helpless and hard to communicate with. Many of the travel agencies are unreliable at all and even unreachable. Before booking the tour: most of the Viator agents couldn’t even properly answer my questions, they send me the link and ask me to book with to them directly without answering my questions. I told them I would want to know more details before I make reservation, they refused to provide more details, they told me to book first and cancel later if I don’t want the tour. Not responsible at all. I booked tours with a Viator agent since booking 2 or more tours will receive 5% discount, but the tour agent put the wrong dates for my tours that I had to fix by myself later. After booking the tour: multiple travel agencies change their plan without notifying me in advance, and some of them reach out to me about the sudden change less than 24 hours before the tour, so I can’t even cancel the trip for full refund. Viator agents won’t help to coordinate/communicate on these issues, and they won’t follow up. One of the issues I met was the tour company contacted me saying they don’t reach the minimum persons on Day A and asked me if I could do the tour on Day B since that day already had enough people to operate the tour, I said yes. The day before the tour on Day B, I received the email from travel agency that they don’t have enough people on Day B, so they will put me on another tour with another travel agency. It’s a completely different tour and cheaper price than the tour I booked. I couldn’t even cancel the tour with refund due to its less than 24 hours. Some other issues I met was the travel agencies change their mind on pick up & drop off service after booking; the private tours with higher prices but are actually shared tours, which are annoying but not as bad as the case I mentioned above. Overall, I won’t suggest to use this app for booking tours. Too many uncertainties

Esta aplicación es una estafa. Te mandan un correo con un cupón para canjear y dicen que luego mandan las entradas por mail o WhatsApp y no llegan nunca. No compren nunca por aqui. A mi hoy me han robado 13,30 €.

Cuando dejarán ordenar las reseñas? La verdad si uno quiere ver la experiencias recientes de clientes es imposible, tanto te sale una reseña del 2019 como una de hace 2 dias, no tiene sentido !
