It's a complete deception…We bought a tour with an interpreter, as a result, we arrived earlier at the appointed place-no one came.They do not respond to messages, sometimes they stupidly write (probably a robot) that the ticket has been sent, but they showed the sent pieces of paper to many of the Louvre staff and they all said that it was not a ticket…I asked for a refund at least, which no one has even answered for a couple of hours.So I strongly advise against downloading even this application at all.The ticket was sold for about 80€ for two (and like for an hour or 1.5 hours), in fact, it was bought at the Louvre ticket office for 44 € for two with access to all halls and no time limit.

Just thieves. They wrote off money for an excursion, but there was no excursion itself. Don't use

I booked a non-refundable trip to the most important attraction in Granada and 12 hours before the activity they cancelled my trip! Apparently there was no tickets for us ans last minute when they couldn’t buy us tickets they cancelled my booking. Though I paid 102$ for visiting an attraction that would cost me 19€ from the official website

I booked a tour on viator with “tourmania” that was a scam. I sent them the screenshots of the conversation with the tour guide and the discrepancies with the information requesting a refund, and even after seeing all evidence, they still couldn’t get me the refund as it was not accepted from the scammers themselves. This was my first AND LAST time using their platform and I would not advise you using it either as i dont believe they would support you.

(For my business to be displayed on tripadvisor and for new gains on my business again, I uploaded viator supplier, opened an account, created a product, and paid a lot of money in our own country currency, but I did not receive a notification, a job, a message even a notification ..Very sad to be scammed by such a corporate app)

The most absolutely useless app I have used, you cannot even pay! Even though I fill out everything correctly in the end, payment says incomplete. Seriously, and you do not even offer a non-digital payment option.

You cannot see reservations and other transactions in the app. No problem for travelers, useless app for homeowners. Both travel and host mode should be just like Airbnb
