Great app while listening to Spotify
I always labelled myself as NOT a runner. This app changed that for me. What i needed was a program that allows me to build up slowly and that lets me listen to Spotify while I run without having to take out the phone. This app does that seamlessly. Only two weeks in and already feeling fit, having tons of energy all day which is a new feeling to me. Love it.

The only app I can run with
I've always struggled with jogging and would give up after having painful runs but this app saved me. As someone who absolutely *hated* running, I genuinely recommend trying out the app.
