Extremely expensive!
Apps are so greedy and exploitive nowadays. Makes you go through the motions, signing up, etc. before telling you it’s a paid subscription only. Who the heck would pay that much monthly. Unreal.

I downloaded the app but it will not “start” unless I upgrade to the “Pro” version.
And I’m not afraid to admit that sometimes I did this as I approached my apartment at 4 in the morning, (after partying all night) and saw people running in my neighborhood. I couldn’t fathom the idea that someone would run rather than “have fun”. It wasn’t until I had exhausted every single weight-loss tool, and almost suffocated during a leisurely hike with friends in Colorado, that I turned to running. At the time I was 305 pounds, so the idea of running was not only daunting, but felt impossible. During my first run, which was automatically set to intervals of 30s to 1m, I could barely complete it. I could barely breathe. I was in pain. I think physically and emotionally. But with the features of this app like sound-cues, the way it lowers the music to give you a queue or guide or board of encouragement, but then racist the sound back up so you can run to your favorite running music, and other encouraging features you’ll discover…I did it. I overcame. And to my astonishment, I not only returned for more that week, but later down the road as I achieved some milestones, I began to look forward to my runs. To actually miss them when I skipped one. I know, insane! Today I am 260 pounds and successfully completed the app cycle by running for 5K. If you asked me a year ago, if I thought I would be running for 5K for so many minutes straight [after not being able to run for 30 seconds or barely walk up a hill] I would have had to put down my martini down before I spilled it all from laughing so hard. All the reviews that say, “I never thought I could run” sounds so cliché. But that’s actually good. It means that enough people have experienced similar results, and maybe you can too! (I love those reviews) I truly never thought I would be able to run in my entire life. When people ask me why I like to run, I usually just confirm the things that they already kind of know: -Endorphins -Better skin/cleaner pores -Cardiovascular health -Better breathing -Weight loss /muscle gain -Increased energy But I also like to add something that feels deeply personal to me: -There is something galvanizing about having to lift your entire body off the ground, even for nanosecond. -It refocuses your goals and makes you think more than twice before you eat something that will become part of what you carry later on. And when you start feeling that load lightening, it’s amazing. -When you start feeling your muscles get stronger, your body tighter, and you
This is a great app to get me to where I want to be.
This app, the program, is absolutely worth it. Can’t recommend it enough! 10/10! That said, its biggest flaw is that it notifies you to run.. even on the days you do not select. It should be embedded in the app that I understands on days I am off, not to tell me to run, because I’m having an off day. It’s the little things that make the biggest impact. Don’t be annoying. If I say three days, you know which days, don’t tell me to run at 9pm on a Sunday.
Highly recommend. Open app connect phone to my headphones and the app tells me what to do. Couldn’t be easier. Never glitched and no subscription. You pay for it and you own it. Love that it has advanced workouts to purchase for 10k. I’ll be transitioning into that one next!
Never have I ever, in the 28 years of my life, been able to run a mile let alone 4.4miles (7 weeks in using this app). All my life I have never been super active. I’d go through cycles of binge working out at the gym, taking classes, and paying monthly for a membership only for me to ultimately stop for months at a time before repeating the whole process again. It wasn’t until I was recommended by my best friend (an avid runner) to download this app. They mentioned our coworker used this app to start her running journey (and now she goes on runs all the time). This app.. has changed my life. It has challenged me physically and mentally, but also given me the joy of everything that surrounds running. I joined my first run club and surprised myself by running 4.4 miles! I’m so thankful for this plan because as a beginner, it can be so daunting to start. This app is definitely a stepping stone to many more miles in my running journey 🤍
This app is exactly what I needed to help keep me going. I have a horrible habit of beginning a project, getting to the end and quitting just before the finish. At almost 50, it is a character flaw I’ve given heed to my whole life. The notifications of the app help keep me accountable toward my fitness needs. Let’s face it, we all want a great body, but we NEED fitness. That is what I have found in this app. Cheers! Best of luck and love to you!
Just get it! You will not regret it. Down 7 pounds. Woohoo!
I love this app. I love the calm, encouraging voice (unlike other apps that often feature voices that sound hyper and over-the-top). I love the Optimization feature which helps me stay the course at a pace that works for me. I love how it assessed where I should begin when I switched over from the Zenlabs C25K app — and the assessment was spot on. As a woman in her early sixties who hasn’t run regularly in many years, I’m grateful for this app; it’s helping me become a runner and experience the resilience of my older body.
