Excellent app to take advantage of your Apple Watch!

The app is very nice, but are not in Spanish!!! Please, they have to do it

The app is very informative. It gives you a general idea of where you stand. I can see this app progressing even more in the future. I like what this app has to offer. The creator is doing a great job. I would like to see in the future if it’s possible. Naps should be considered as part of the recovery. Although this maybe an Apple problem. I’m so use to garmin. I like the that it takes naps in consideration and does body battery. I think once this app implements one of the two it will be great. Keep up the good work

This app is fantastic if you compare it to the likes of Garmin connect and Bevel. Although, Bevel is catching up quick. Currently, this app needs to resolve the body battery issue without having us enable AiFB. Bevel is able to provide body battery without AiFB setting enabled. I will bump it up to 5 stars once they resolve the body battery issue. Aside from that huge shortcoming this is one of the best apps in its class through and through.

Love the app, and the consistent updates. Wondering why we took the health metric numbers from the main page away and replaced them with green circles?? All you did was make it an extra ‘click’ to see the actual numbers. /dislike

This is the fitness and training app I’ve been looking for. It adds Garmin like stats to the Apple Watch. 5++

The developer is absolutely on top of his game. There are regular updates to the app, enhancements and new features. This is my go to app that I use multiple times throughout the day.
