I just started gym training and in a first month I trained my self too hard and cough a common cold.
After that, I purchased Athlytic and started monitoring my recovery.
Now I know exactly when I should have a rest day. No more sick days because of over training.
This tool really gives information that should have been in Apple Health, but it doesn’t do any analysis.
Super useful for beginners
Almost perfect
Otherwise great app, but the estimation of cardio fitness (VO2 max) is far from accurate.
Best third party app for fitness
Completes the missing functions what Apple Watch Ultra doesn’t have. Been using it for semipro triathlon training over a year now. Recovery points may not be always spot on but enough for me.
Recovery is useless
This app gives me good recovery in hangover and poor recovery after couple days rest. Pretty much useless info. How can it be so wrong.. Be aware, wouldnt buy it again.
Recovery percentage and calculated effort are lacking
Unfortunately recovery is not beey reliable. One day after ultra marathon recovery is 84%, whereas the week leading to it recovery was 20%. So it seems recovery is not able to factor in load that is above a limit and also not able to factor in load over long periods.

Erinomainen Apple Watch Ultran puutteiden täydennys.
Good
Probably as close to Garmin Body Battery function we can get.
Unlike competing app, which name I prefer not to mention here, data is not collected for research purposes.
Lates version crashing
4.6 update do not work in Ios. Not possible to use
Has great potential
The app is very informative. It gives you a general idea of where you stand. I can see this app progressing even more in the future. I like what this app has to offer. The creator is doing a great job. I would like to see in the future if it’s possible. Naps should be considered as part of the recovery. Although this maybe an Apple problem. I’m so use to garmin. I like the that it takes naps in consideration and does body battery. I think once this app implements one of the two it will be great. Keep up the good work
