The App is great but gives me a 100% sleep quality score every night. I think this is a bug that needs to be fixed.

Perfect to track my activity levels and sleep. One thing I would love to see is an option to have a report or summary on overall health generated perhaps even with recommendations how to improve areas that need work on eg. health/sleep etc. Example it tells me what readings are off or too low or high, but not what that means exactly for my health. Otherwise works perfect with my Apple Watch.

Have used this app for over a year now and highly recommend it for tracking your fitness and sleep.

This is an awesome app to help you track how your feeling so you are ready to train at your peak. Works well with Applie Iwatch and great alternative to other type of fitness apps. Beat Whoop hands down and they are updating it with new features.

Great app easy to use with all the features and information you need to set goals and train at your best

I find the measurements of stress more accurate than the Garmin however it can be glitchy on the watch and often not open at all. I’ve used the sleep tracker once, I didn’t like it as much as the Garmin. It regularly updates throughout the day in the widgets which I love
