O app é muito bom para quem usa um Apple Watch e quer ter mais métricas de saúde e análise, o que a aplicação Saúde da Apple não permite, mas sinto falta de não estar em português!!! Por favor adicionem o idioma português ao app!

Aplicação com bastante potencial mas Não sincroniza as informações corretamente com a garmin. Retirei a subscrição porque não serve de nada assim.

Great tool for track your recover and maintain a good performance.

The app is very informative. It gives you a general idea of where you stand. I can see this app progressing even more in the future. I like what this app has to offer. The creator is doing a great job. I would like to see in the future if it’s possible. Naps should be considered as part of the recovery. Although this maybe an Apple problem. I’m so use to garmin. I like the that it takes naps in consideration and does body battery. I think once this app implements one of the two it will be great. Keep up the good work

This app is fantastic if you compare it to the likes of Garmin connect and Bevel. Although, Bevel is catching up quick. Currently, this app needs to resolve the body battery issue without having us enable AiFB. Bevel is able to provide body battery without AiFB setting enabled. I will bump it up to 5 stars once they resolve the body battery issue. Aside from that huge shortcoming this is one of the best apps in its class through and through.

I use this multiple times every single day. I love this app. It helps me so much to track my progress

Love the app, and the consistent updates. Wondering why we took the health metric numbers from the main page away and replaced them with green circles?? All you did was make it an extra ‘click’ to see the actual numbers. /dislike
