I downloaded the app on March 19, and was given the option to try a 1 week trial, which was stated very clearly. The button I pressed was to start the trial. The next day I was charged full price for a subscription. I messaged the team and they’re telling me this is impossible, it means I already used a week trial, and the button would have changed to “upgrade to Athlytic pro” to supposedly prevent this. That was not my experience, and they’re refusing to refund me, or even assist to figure out how this could have happened. I’ve reported them to Apple as misleading and a scam. It’s a real shame as I was looking forward to seeing how the app worked but I’m gonna stick with Welltory instead.
I mainly run and climb with the occasional gym workout, and for this Athlytic is great - it is very good at gauging your training readiness. The first weeks were a bit so and so which is to be expected, but having used the app for a little over a year now I find it is very accurate. Highly recommend this as an option to the other wearables on the market, since the yearly fee is so low in comparison (not counting the cost of an Apple Watch, just the app).
I’m on the fence about the use of HRV measurements for deciding recovery, but will read up on it.
It’s a great app, but please check up on the cycling app, average speed never measuring correct ?!?

The app tells me I’m ready to train when my wrist temperature is 38+ (AW wrist temperature has an accuracy of 0.1 Celsius according to Apple).
The idea behind the app is very good but I find the data provided rather unreliable
Is it possible to add functionality to regularly updating recovery measurement and not only in the morning? As an example, when i do a workout during the morning and i am tired, the recovery should decrease automatically, but now it stays the same from when i woke up :) would be cool, only feedback i have actually, otherwise perfect app ❤️
Efter näst senaste uppdateringen då appen kraschade, gick det extremt fort med en ny uppdatering. Grymt bra
