Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

From suffering from extreme anxiety and being adopted age 7and attempted suicide. This app has helped me realize I am not my thoughts and one of the best tools is box breathing. First step is to GET HELP!!!! You are not alone brothers and sister's. then when trained on anxiety this helps guides you back to old training techniques that help. Im 34 now and im still learning my adhd thoughts can be guided to do better. You are not alone in this fight.... CALL and GET HELP! First step to keep on enjoying the beautiful life you have.

The foundations plans are an excellent way to take a very beginner through a very easy and interactive process to learning how to meditate and there is a single meditation for just about any situation you come across, I’m very happy with this app, highly recommend!!!

Double charges 2023 and 2024

2023 was to be free but they charged twice and refunded once, but was to be a free year. 2024 they charged me twice again and will not refund the second charge. Many email to app and call to Apple but it cannot be resolved. They have access to my card for billing so I will have to remove app so they cannot bill next year. They took away all my Zen also . No thanks and I told many people—over 50 about this app— my patients and colleagues— now I will have to go back and warn them—Facebook post for sure. 😢

Thank you for providing this app as a free year test. It took the pressure off of testing it to see if I could use it as a mental health and focus tool over a long time period (multiple months). I have wanted to learn how to meditate better and the Balance App is good for that. Over the past three months I have been able to make a habit of meditating by completing the foundations mediation training program. The sessions start off very short (3 minutes) and increase in time (15 minutes) over the course of the program. I have also done some of the one-off sessions like “breaking habits,” “reduce anxiety,” “dream scenes,” “immersive waves,” etc. At work, we have an open workspace and I struggle with focusing. The “while you work” focus music/sounds sessions are super helpful; they help me get in the zone and stay there. I have suggested Balance to friends and family as a very low pressure focus tool. Again, the one year “try it for free” makes it an easy option to suggest.

I have never stuck to a meditation app before. Through joblessness to switching to a new career to sleep to general anxiety and mental well being to work productivity. This app has been my lifesaver! I can’t say enough good things. The meditations themselves are wonderful. After a year I got the lifetime membership. It’s all I need

I don’t have any specific results as of yet, but I really enjoy the app. The personalization along with the customization allows for an enjoyable experience without a large or serious commitment. Small amounts daily to improve yourself helps you feel good about self care.

I always wanted to meditate, but no program clicked. I've - off & on - tried many over 60 years. This program works so far. I miss it if I don't practice it. It helps me with my focus.

Apple Watch Feature Please!

Overall, I like the app and the guided meditations that are included which is my main purpose for using the app. I love that they have a year trial period instead of the standard week or month. The only feature I really miss about my previous meditation app is the ability to use it on my Apple Watch. My previous meditation app allowed me to listen to a meditation from anywhere and to get away from my phone a bit more. One of my favorite ways to meditate is by taking a nature walk with a guided meditation and I would like to be able to leave my phone at home while I take these walks. I think with this feature I would have absolutely no complaints.

I’ve tried calm and balance both. Balance app definitely does better in teaching meditation with its plans. The meditation before bed is my favorite
