The app used to work great. Since the last couple of updates I can’t set the transparency level anymore so my Beoplay E8s are stuck at full transparency. I can only switch to AC or full transparency. This is something that used to work since forever. Also the buttons in the app do not switch mode, only graphics changes. The mode can be switched by touching left earbud only. So, great product with what used to be great app is now much worse. Stop pushing Deezer so much and bring back basic functionality and fix bugs.

The app adds great functionality to the products, however refuses to work at times.

I have had B&O for more than 20 years, with all the expensive wiring, speakers in all rooms etc. I purchased Beo Sound Moment a few years ago. To be able to use it, I had to subscribe to #Deezer and TuneIn, because those were the only options. Deezer (13,99/month) has very poor selection of music, while 70% of my favorite radio stations from #TuneIn Premium (which I pay 7,99/month) DON’T WORK on B&O. I bought a simple 100 Euro radio to my mom and EVERYTHING works. B&O has turned from Great Music system into an EXPENSIVE JOKE. I didn’t want to buy the ridicilulosly expensive TV anymore, because it gets obsolete to fast, but current one is not compatible with B&O speakers that I have.. so also here sound is poor. Such a shame!!!! The only thing good with B&O are their local support guys, but they can’t change poor support and bad system solutions from the producer. I hope somebody from producer side will react to that review.
