Don’t even kid yourself that this is like an Uber service. The taxi drivers bargain with you on the chat option which is quite unethical. Totally useless App and had some horrific experiences with the Istanbul taxi drivers.

This taxi application is Wrong , don’t be use in Turkey, Istanbul ! Because when you book then after driver negotiations for price in Chat and all the things, And long wait for taxi, Taxi driver is all cheater ! Uber is good , not bad !!

I had a terrible experience with this App and driver. The app showed some other price range before taking the taxi. However, when the trip ended price was 50% higher. Driver started making all kind of excuses that he took the toll road and what not. I have several concerns here. Firstly, if toll road was the only option, why didn’t the app showed the approximate price upfront? Secondly, why didn’t the driver ask me before taking the toll road? It was my first time in Turkey, and I felt looted. Additionally, the app couldn’t process card payment. I didn’t have cash and I had to use driver’s app which charged extra transaction fee.

My experience with them has been incredibly disappointing. Not only did the taxis never arrive on time, but I was also consistently charged extra service fees without explanation. The customer support was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my concerns. It’s evident that bi taxi prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, making them one of the worst in the industry. I strongly advise against using this app and recommend exploring alternative transportation options.

I had booked a trip from My hotel to Istanbul airport. I had selected card payment at the time of taking ride but at the drop point the driver denied taking payment by card and asked me to give cash. I was not carrying any Turkish currency and therefore I had to pay 100 euro and he gave me 1400 TL and I just got 55 euro in return through exchange. I have almost lost 40 euro because of him. Had he accepted the card payment I will not have lost 40 euro but because of him I have to suffer a loss. Moreover, I had also tried giving him 10 Euro in coins of 1 and 2 but he said coins can not be accepted. Never use this app otherwise be ready to be scammed. YOU CAN READ THE REAL REVIEW ON ADROID APP AND THEN YOU WILL GET TO KNOW THE REALITY OF THIS COMPANY.

Booked a cab from Istanbul airport to hotel. App showed 320tl. Driver asks for 550tl once we travel a bit far saying BiTaksi scams customers by showing low prices and asks us to call customer care if any issue. We do that and customer care calls driver - argues with him and calls back saying driver has to pay for tolls which amount to 20tl. We say we don’t mind paying 340tl in total but she insists to pay what driver says. All this happens while driver has stopped in the middle of the highway with just me and my wife and argues with us and asks us to pay as per meter and get off. Somehow we ask him to drop us to the nearest taxi stand. Really scary and harrowing experience for tourists. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Should add chat option we being travelling from INDIA , our grasp on Turkish is not good At least a chat option with driver will be useful

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Toplasan 2-3 kere kullandığım uygulama beni ne sebeple engelledi hala bilmiyorum..!
