Usato a Istanbul, prima e ultima volta. Arriva un taxista che doveva portarci a 20 minuti di distanza: il costo previsto era 5€ circa. C’era molto traffico, quindi ci dice che possiamo scegliere se prendere la strada più veloce o meno, ma la strada più veloce avrebbe previsto il casello a nostro carico. No problem, finché non ci dice che il costo è di 70€ (ovviamente una ca**ata). Ci rifiutiamo, ma non ci fa scendere perché dice che ha già intrapreso l’autostrada. Gli abbiamo dovuto sganciare 40€ perché si rifiutava di farci scendere e solo perché abbiamo minacciato di chiamare la polizia, comunque 35€ in più del previsto. In tutto ciò la corsa nell’app era stata cancellata da lui e non c’è stato verso di fare ricorso, segnalarlo o altro. Non ci era mai capitata una cosa così con i taxisti presi senza app… mai più. Per chi fosse a Istanbul, la targa era 34 TAY 34.
Good for moving around in safe but too expensive than real and false review
I used everyday, I do not meet problems except in sulthanamet square. I gave a bad review on my last trip but he registered 5 stars.
If you want to move in safe around Istanbul it is ok but be aware that you can find also drivers who ask you more and many times if you don’t add TIP they don’t come.
I had also a problem with double payment (card and cash) but they didn’t reply to my assistance ticket.
For developer : if you don’t want UBER wins, try to develop a better way for monitoring payments and reviews.

Non usate questa app in quanto é solo un mezzo per fragare i turisti non esiste assistenza cliente e i tassisti ti truffano

This app is a scam for tourists. Its only purpose is to facilitate scammer drivers to rip you off when needing a taxi.
I thought it works similarly to uber but it doesn’t, cause in the end the taxi driver will just ask whatever he wants without any taximeter on, normally charging 2 or 3 times more than the estimated fare shown in the app.
Customer service impossible to contact. Disgusting, you and your partner drivers are criminals

I have calculate the road on the website the price average it was 450 lira
The driver has been asking us 850 lira without reason , no taxi meter was on on the car !
We ask him to give us the receipt ! he stopped the car and left us in the meddle of the road .
We sent this complain days ago and still haven’t receive any answer
We been using other taxi driver honest people for the same trip they have asked us 350 lira up to 400 lira
The company hasn’t take any action regarding our complain , start to think about there is all organizzare sto cheat the tourist people . Be avare of using this app
Scam for tourist
This app is a scam for tourists. Almost every driver asked me 3 times more the standard price of the ride. On my last ride I linked my card to pay by card but the driver wanted cash. I ended up paying 10 euros more than the price I should have paid. I tried to contact BiTaksi customer service, I couldn’t send a message because the app gave me Error message every time I tried. I called them 4 times, when they finally replied, the agent didn’t speak English even if I pressed 9 to request service in English. Please don’t download the app because it’s a scam for tourists!

Useless app, no taxis replies.
No taxis replies to the majority of calls as the amount estimated by the app is more or less 1/3 of the amount required in Istanbul. I made many calls but none accepted the ride of 3km. Unreliable app.
