Horrible app with scam drivers 😕

Highly recommended to hail a taxi in Istanbul. Make sure to pay by card and don’t allow a driver to cancel a request and switch to cash. Beware of the driver of the car 34 TBV 74. He is cheating!

Easy & safety

I had my worst experience with your service tonight. I booked a taxi to get my sister to the hospital. The whole time your app showed that the taxi was far away for 3 minutes. Anyway we get to the street and right away saw the taxi passes by, right in front of us. The driver didn’t stop we even called for him, shouted , whistled and he didn’t stop and he canceled our taxi. Only an inconsiderate person who can’t think straight would do such a thing when the passengers have booked a taxi with a destination to a hospital. Then I received a message that because the driver waited for us I have to pay a fee of 7 TL so I can proceed with booking another taxi. I tried a multiple times to pay the fee because I was in hurry and desperate need to book another taxi to take my sister to the hospital but for what ever reason the payment didn’t went through and failed every time. So now I had to pay a fee for a big fat lie ( because you’re driver waited and you didn’t show up… bla bla bla). How can I miss a taxi which drives right in front me and leave us behind while at the same time according to your app he is still three minutes away?? So first, please fix your app, second explain to your brilliant driver that a booking to the hospital is more serious than any other bookings. Good luck.

Çünkü İstanbul'da taksi bulmak mümkün değil. Bu uygulamanın bana yardımı 10 taksi ihtiyacımdan 2-3'ünedir. Şimdi de uygulamayı açtığımda direkt hata veriyor, giremiyorum bile.

Card payment got stuck on the blank screen (I guess it failed to redirect to the bank for payment verification), so I had to run and withdraw cash. It was also impossible to select destination before requesting a taxi (nothing happens, when selecting). It only worked when taxi was already on its way.

Couldn’t update pickup location when GPS was wrong. Call didn’t work, so I had to walk quite a distance

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.
