The service is food to use when you are in an area that Taxi is not available much, but be aware that the yellow taxi always over charge you over the estimated rate by a lot! So if your ride is about 406 TL maximum, the driver will charge you 500 because he enters the amount as it’s not calculated by the application.
Hi Just installed app travelling to Istanbul I see price per trip in application, and after drivers start to text me proposing price 5 times more than in the app!!! How can it be? Please learn from Careem, Yandextaxi, Jett, etc - before you start such things. Shame on such advanced city with this level of taxi service, disappointed.
The problem is with the Taxi’s themselves. They don’t like to use and if they use they increase the time to increase the bells
