Subject: Unpleasant Ride Experience on 15 Dec 2024 – Request for Resolution I am writing to share my feedback regarding my ride on 15 December 2024, from 23:10 to 00:13, with driver Metin K. (34 TEJ 97). I appreciate the call I received last night and understand that someone will be in touch with me about the unpleasant experience. However, I would like to provide further details for your review. 1. Pickup Location Issue The ride was booked for 23:10, but we did not board the taxi until around 23:35–40. We were instructed to walk through a long tunnel, far from the arrival/departure area, to the designated pickup point. This seemed unusual and left us puzzled, but we followed the instructions. 2. Meter Discrepancy Upon entering the taxi, we noticed that the meter was already showing over 700, which was concerning. However, due to safety concerns, we chose not to raise the issue at the time. 3. Fare Discrepancy At the end of the journey, the meter displayed 1600, but the app indicated a fare of 2500. I raised this issue with the driver, but he claimed that the fare discrepancy was automatic. I attempted to revise the payment via the app, but it failed to load. The driver then suggested that the issue could be related to my card, but I had successfully made payments with the same card previously without any problems. 4. Driver's Offer of Discount After some confusion, the driver offered to give a discount, which made me feel that I was being unfairly charged. Despite my concerns, the driver insisted it was a card issue, and with no assistance available, I reluctantly paid the higher amount to resolve the situation for our safety. I hope you understand the discomfort and frustration I experienced during this ride. I would appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and ensure that this kind of situation does not happen to others in the future. New sign ups not working

Local taxi drivers don’t even bother to pick up passengers via this app. Better off flag random taxi around you. Don’t waste your time.

The driver didn’t turn on the meter and charged double the price after collected the money. The driver name is Yusuf. T Car plate number 34 TDT 92.

Driver cancelled our trip while we were in the cab and demanded we pay him for two times the amount back and forth from the airport. When I tried to report, we couldn’t find past trip history and the contact us function did not work.

Güzel bir uygulama.Hep iyi puanlı sürücüleri yolluyor fakat bazen bazı eşşekler konum hatalı olunca yanlış yerde gelip ,nerede olduğumu sormayıp çağrıyı iptal ediyor.Çağrı iptal olunca ise 25 TL gibi bir fiyat ödemeniz gerekiyor.

Toplasan 2-3 kere kullandığım uygulama beni ne sebeple engelledi hala bilmiyorum..!

Taksici kabul ediyor çağrıyı 5 dk sonra iptal ediyor böyle böyle kaç saat taksi bekledim allah belalarını versin. En son 50 tl bahşiş koydum öyle geldiler hemen, gittiğim yönden de geri dönmek zorundaydım aynı taksiyle döndüm indi bindi yerine daha yüksek ücret istedi ama hastaneden hastamı almak zorunda olduğum için kavga etmedim bi turda taksici dolandırdı. Allah belalarını versin hepsinin haram olsun.
