BiTaksi is a Turkey-based mobile taxi hailing app designed to make city transportation more effective. Launched in 2013 in Istanbul, BiTaksi currently operates in 24 different cities across Turkey. The BiTaksi app allows users to hail a taxi with a single tap and matches them only with reliable and highly rated taxi drivers. Users can also get information about the drivers, find out the estimated time of arrival to their destination and make payments easily through the app.

BiTaksi is very simple to use:
1. Download the BiTaksi app: As a first step, download the app and easily start a membership.
2. Enter your destination address and see the estimated cost: Enter the address of your destination and see the estimated taxi fare, no surprises.
3. Choose taxi type: Yellow taxi or Big taxi? Choose the type of taxi you need, by yourself or with a group of friends.
4. Click the “Request BiTaksi” button: Click on the "Request BiTaksi" button and let's start searching for the most suitable taxi driver.
5. Match with highly rated taxi drivers: Match with BiTaksi's most reliable and highly rated drivers and enjoy a comfortable and safe trip!
6. Go wherever you want with BiTaksi: When you reach your destination, easily pay with a single click on the app!

This app makes no sense.
The driver charged me over twice the amount shown on this app. In other words, the amount displayed on this app is not reliable. The driver asked me where I was going, even though I had specified the destination on the dispatch app. He also asked me how much the app showed. Finally, he charged me over twice the amount shown on the app. All in all, this app doesn't make sense. On top of that, the driver told me that I could not make a payment on the app, and I paid the driver directly. I wouldn't say I like this app and taxi in Turkey.
Do not use this
I could not find any taxi in Istanbul using this app. Don’t use it.
