Horrible experience!!!I booked a taxi to change to another hotel. The amount on the app showed from 400-600try and the taxi driver messed me on the chat saying it was 40€. I cancelled the ride and ordered a new one but the app gave me the same driver and he didn’t say anything else about price just took me to the hotel. When I arrived the price to be payed on the app was 1800TRY. This is an absolutely horrible experience!!

А ты мне этого приложения в аэропорту Сабиха работают мошенники. Они заводят пассажиров на тёмную парковку предлагают донести чемоданы до машины и если вы не соглашаетесь бросают вас на этой тёмной парковке

The car arrived so quickly and the travel was extremely fast. The App it’s ok. At least you don’t have to fight with taxidriver but it’d better if the price was fix and closed previously for Bitaksy. Thanks!

This application is just a scam. I called a taxi for my mom from IST to the hotel. The driver accepted the ride. She took a seat and he started to drive. However he is not confirmed that the ride is started and BiTaksi canceled it. When we mentioned this my mom asked him to start the ride, he rejected and she asked him to return to IST. After driving by circles for 10-15 minutes he did and when she was trying to leave the car, he blocked her bag and asked for 1000tl. I called the support, but they are not provided any solution, just forced me to pay. Meanwhile she called the police, but no one arrived during two hours. This application is a scam. I already issued a refund from my bank side. If something like this happens with you report this to your bank. This application should be blocked from accepting any payments.

The apps provides wrong journey and prices estimations

No sirve para nada. Taximetro funciona precio*km. El taxista te intentara negociar SIEMPRE un precio y te cobrara ese importe, de forma independiente a l aplicacion. Asi que solo sirve para pedir taxi y como plataforma de pago.

No sirve para nada mejor parar taxi y decirle que encienda el taxímetro

The app is a good idea, shame that the drivers do not agree. They will not accept any trips because they know they can scam you in person. We tried to book a trip of 100TL for over 30min, but the only drivers who accepted asked for extra 500TL in cash in the chat. Taxists here are a mafia.
