bitaksi - aklındaki taksi!

Uygulamayı kullanmaya yanlış hatırlamıyorsam 3-4 sene önce başladım ve her Türkiye’ye gidişimde bu uygulamadan taksi çağırdığım an en yakındaki taksi geliyor çok güzel bir hizmet. Bu uygulamadan çok memnunum.

For certain routes and at given times, the app works quite well. But sometimes - especially when you really need it - it’s hard to find a taxi with it and it’s easier just to stop one on the street. The app also sometimes demands extra charges for alleged cancellations that one is not sure to have made. In addition, driver ratings are not informative and high scores often conceal shabby cars or reckless drivers.

In Antalya, drivers usually take requests, but then cancel them. It is frustrating as you may wait them coming towards you or finishing their rides for 5-10 minutes, and then suddenly they cancel. Sometimes, drivers have their areas of influence, when a certain group of drivers cannot pickup passengers in certain areas, so they accept and then cancel, or ask you to come to their parking. It wouldn’t be an issue if it was a rare thing, but this “request-wait-cancelled” game usually happens in 3-5 rounds each time. There is no penalty for such behavior, as I understand. So drivers are not motivated to act carefully.

Just installed the app and tried to order a taxi within Antalya. At the time when i press an “order” button an error pops up which says that bitaksi is not available in this city. Tried to call customer support two times, but nobody answered after a long waiting time.

Drivers will cancel trip when you in middle of trip and then try to get you to pay more. There is no support you can try to resolve issue with.

No idea how the app is working. In a busy day, no taxi could be found. Then we went with a taxi and the expected payment was around 600 (no taximeter). When we arrived the driver wanted 750 and showing taximeter. No possibility to deal with it. You have to accept the payment.

Please be aware of using this app, if you are a tourist. In application you can see one price, and the end of ride driver can say that price is twice bigger and says that it’s fix, even if you choose to use counter. In app you will not see this amount after ride, it would be looking normal. Some drivers are scammers. Support doesn’t react to any customer issues and mails.
