Trip to the airport at night
I put one star not for the driver or the ride…actually, I gave him 5. However, when I ordered a taxi, the estimate price was 468. The driver’a taximeter even showed 408! However, he said that he needs to put the extra costs for the highway tolls and the bridge. Nothing was written about this when I made the order and it wasn’t even possible to check this info! It’s very inconvenient, to say at least, for a tourist who has some cash left in order to spend it for the ride…and then, there is a 100 extra. The driver said that they had asked the administration of this application to write about the extras…but they were not heard.
Fraud!!!!!!
Driver cancelled trip midway and told me to pay in cash (payment was by credit card) and x2 amount of money the app was displaying
