Horrible service

Horrible service, I've been trying to cancel my subscription paid with a credit card for a month now. I provided the 4 card digits to customer support four weeks ago, and they haven't responded to my emails since. Think twice before subscribing to this mobile app. It seems like I'll have to block and reissue my credit card.

Terrible code

This app is really helpful but there are a lot of weird bugs and glitches. The worst one happened today when I just couldn't access any of the CBT sessions with no stated reason. The "start session" buttons just didn't work. The last thing a mental health app should do is throw me into a fit of rage. I'm sure this isn't a problem with my phone as all other apps work perfectly. There have also been instances when my answers to the questions the app gave me didn't register correctly regardless of how much times I would correct them. And one instance of a note section of the CBT session skipping. If you fix these, I would be happy to give this app a 5 star review. Thanks you in advance!

Tons of bugs

I like the app but the developer’s support of the app is awful. The first time I saw problems when the personalized program did not update and it did not let me start a new one. After reinstalling, it was not possible to proceed further first screen. So, great idea but poor development.

App doesn’t open, infinity loading at the app start

Buttons don’t work

I can’t play majority of the videos because they simply don’t work as I can’t press the button. I tried reinstalling the app, but the problem remained rendering the app useless. I do have to say that the videos I did manage to play were quite helpful. So if the bug is fixed I may prolong the subscription.

The app didn't give me the trial period and I ended up paying a enormous amount of money for something I don't understand so this is awful fory mental health
