L app è molto ben fatta per affrontare piccole ansie o indagare un po’ se stessi senza spendere un patrimonio in psicoterapia e se si ha poco tempo durante la settimana.Ovviamente non può sostituire un vero psicologo in caso di problematiche complesse.

The app uses the CBT approach which is a trusted and well-proven way to reduce stress and anxiety and for me it’s been working wonders. Just hearing Mike’s voice makes me feel calmer. Remember that we are alright. Negativity and anxiety come from external factors. Once in a while we just need to find our center again and this app helps a lot

Extremely disappointed

I cancelled the trial in time but they charged me 60 dollars anyway!! And by the way it doesn’t help at all, I can find that silly self help “advice” online for free. Disappointed and scammed.

7 days trial is a lie

It says it will charge you after your 7 days trial but it charges you immediately.

I think one of the best app of a kind. I might be in love with the guy :) not sure if this is a side effect ;D I had experience with other apps similar but this one is far away better, contents are really interesting and gives always some new tips to think about. Highly recommended

It is a very hard period for me struggling with a pandemic situation but this regards everyone I am also struggling self esteem and self love I wanna grow and become something better something new I wanna a rebirth form myself I want to shine because I serve to shine I want to smile and laughter evacuees life is one and we deserve love, self esteem, confident and kindness. Everyone is fighting its own battle mine is hart for me but i know I can do it I’m strongest
