Huge bugs in production
I need a ride and I am not even able to log in or reset the password besides the app is working so buggy.
Bugs, unhelpful support team
App used to be good, not anymore. App bugs make it impossible to use and support team is unhelpful, they say that problem was fixed (after waiting more than 24h) and still same problem remains … not giving less than one star because it’s not possible
App doesn’t work
I don’t get the text message for the security code and when i try to login with business account it keeps asking for password like I didn’t enter it the 20 times before
No sms for the number verification
I do not receive the code by sms which allows to verify his telephone number. (Belgian number)
Impossible to Connect
I don’t have access to the app because it can’t sent an sms…
Sad
The app told us that the taxi would come in 6 minutes. But it wasn’t. We where in a virtual waitingline. After it was our turn the app just said, can you wait a little longer, and it kept saying that. I don’t trust it.
Risk of being scammed!
I warn everyone against this service. It seems that the cab driver can take you then in the middle of the ride cancel it in the app as if you didn’t show up. You get charged for waiting AND the full taxi fare. The customer service doesn’t care and rather than take it up with the cab driver (whose position they should certainly know) just preaches lies at you as if you didn’t know your own experience. Avoid Cabify at all costs!!!
