A SCAM! To avoid!

First time and last time, I use this app. When I booked the ride, the price was not including an extra fee for high demand and I chose to pay by card in the driver’s car. However, the driver included a fee of high demand of 9€ (60% of the total price) at the end of the drive. This is not honest.

Ne veulent pas fermer mon compte alors que je me suis fait pirater mon compte !!

Un échange de sourd ne leur faite pas confiance je leur ai apporté toute les preuve pour leur dire qu’on m’avait piraté, du coup je demande à fermer mon compte vu que l’app ne fonctionne pas (demande de mot de passe infiniment sans jamais entrer dans le menu) et ils ne ferment pas mon compte alors que la loi m’autorise à le demander sans chipoter !!!!

If you are not Spanish (and even if) : run away !

No drivers speaks English and the app is not even fully translated. If you have any issue with a local driver you can be sure that is words will be believed even if he is cheating and the you will be scammed.

WORST EXPERIENCE DO NOT TAKE THIS!

If i can put 0 i would do it. It the worst app that a knew. The driver wasn’t come. I hope for you, you will gave me back my money.

Not reliable

Booked for 5am to go the airport. I am in the street at 4:55, I open the app and it says: cancelled. No notice. Unacceptable

Bonjour je n arrivé pas à me connecter sur l application pour pouvoir utiliser celle ci Le mot de passe ne fonctionne pas alors que c est le bon L application me demande sans cesse le mot de passe mais n ouvre pas l application De ce fait je ne peux mettre mon moyen de paiement et utiliser votre service Cdt

J’ai dû payer une amende de 230€ qui a été débité directement sur mon compte bancaire par cabify. En week-end à Barcelone j’ai garé correctement leur moto dans un endroit prévu pour. Deux mois plus tard je reçois une amende disant que mon scooter était mal stationné. En lisant les détails de l’amende le lieu où le scooter était mal garé était en réalité à 6km de là où je l’avais laissé moi: CE N’EST DONC PAS DE MA FAUTE J’ai essayé de leur parler mais ils me redirigent directement vers les autorités de Barcelone. En deux mots ils ne veulent pas en entendre parler…
