Basic flaw in registration
If you’re in Barcelona but with a UK phone number it won’t send the verification text as they don’t operate in the UK - even though you’re in Barcelona and want to hire a cab in Barcelona! Not great business sense - clearly run by amateurs so beware!
Unvetted drivers
This app is not safe. I had a horrible driver experience and when I reported it, they took days to get back to me and just said ‘this doesn’t fall within our standards, thanks for letting us know’. They didn’t want to enquire with me about what happened, I told them I made a recording but they didn’t ask for it, nothing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Won’t verify phone numbers so won’t work
Wouldn’t send verification text to 4 different UK mobile phone numbers whilst we were in Spain so couldn’t use the app.
Scammers
Complete scammers. Charged me 44.90 for the moped service while I was trying to book my taxi to the airport. I don’t have a licence to drive a moped so it isn’t a service I can use. Refuse to reimburse and sent me a dud link to make a complaint. Only option is to take the scam charge up with the bank. Avoid!!!
UK number doesn’t work
Cannot receive text message verification with a UK (+44) number.
Was great before blocking Europe
Used you for all my trips around Barca for years and now you have blocked the U.K. from logging in via SMS verification, terrible idea you’ve lost revenue and I’ve lost my account 🤷🏼♂️
Cannot even sign up
I can’t even sign up as got stuck at verification code page where I never got the sms message (UK region) my mobile phone number is correct and I never had this issue in all other apps I installed. Please look into this for your dev.
Can’t registered UK number
I’ve tried using this in Spain and my number isn’t recognised so can’t receive a code to start ordering taxis.
Can’t use a UK number in UK
Travelling in Spain, Apple lets you download the app, register, but then no Text verification is received on the UK number. I am in SPAIN so they should sort this.
