Do not recommend

Referral code didn’t work. Customer service entirely unhelpful. Location on the map was also not correct resulting in me having to walk for a while and having to pay for waiting time. Compared to all other taxi and ride apps an absolute joke.

Abgezogen!

Nicht benutzen, die verwickeln einen in einen Vertrag. Ich hab grundlos über 200€ von Cabify abgezogen bekommen. Auf meine Nachrichten wird auch nicht geantwortet!

Pricing is not clear

Pricing is not clear, I see 9€ in app but tomorrow I check my app and see it decrease 18€

Vorsicht Falle!

Oft schlechtere Preise als örtliche Taxis. Kommunikation und App nur auf Spanisch. Spartanische Oberfläche. Manchmal finden Dich die Fahrer nicht, dann wird storniert und Du zahlst trotzdem. Heute das allerbeste: im Nachhinein 20€ teurer als zuvor angegeben wegen ‚high demand‘. Ergo: wenig Transparenz. Lieber Taxi oder Uber nehmen, da ist mir sowas noch nie passiert. Jetzt habe ich mich mehrmals ärgern müssen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Cannot login - cannot change password - cannot use the App anymore

Unmöglich

Wir wurden 2 mal für ein und dieselbe Fahrt abkassiert. Nach ewigen hin und her mit dem Support Team, hieß es wir bekommen das Geld nicht zurück. Einfach nur eine Frechheit! Nie wieder! Finger weg!

They charged me 2 times for the same ride

20€ that they won’t give me back. The support is a disaster. Never using it again

Useless

This app throws you in a waiting queue for 20 minutes then the ride gets cancelled. Absolutely awful. Do not use.

Good application

unfortunately I can‘t change the language to english. can anyone help please?

Alicante

It doesn’t work in Alicante. I ordered a taxi 4 times from in Alicante (center) without success. The app couldn’t find any cars.
