Does not work with a Swedish phone number when in Spain.
Doesn’t work
Never receive any sms code to create an account, and when i click “resend code” it just gives an error popup.
Fraud
Here in Spain all companies are looters and fraud!!!
Can not get the sma code
I have been trying to register and use the app with a Swedish phone number and can’t get the code it simply cannot send the code via sma Really crap
Unreliable
First of all, why does one have to pay BEFORE a driver has accepted and one could see how long it is going to take for the driver to arrive?!? Second, my friend and I were in the exact same place and ordering a taxi, the price for the same destination was different!!!! how is that possible? same route same time of the day!!! 👎🏻
Reservation for next day
I need a ride to the airport tomorrow very early morning so I book using this app. After several hours I only know that I might get a car. When I try to read the help section - the languge switches from english to spanish.
No help in English.
The app is in English, but when you press help, all you get is Spanish. How do I even cancel my account???? What a bloody joke
The taxi never came
I had order a taxi for departure at 04:30 for 5 persons. The order was placed the day before and I also received a confirmation. But at departing time no cab showed up! This is really bad that when your on the way the airport in middle of the night and the taxi does not show up. I will never use this app again!
No cabs
Madrid city center (glorieta de Bilbao). Wednesday 8am… and no cabs at all?
