I have used Cabify several times and have always found it good. However, I left my wallet in the car earlier today and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone from customer service nor does the app give me the option to call the driver myself. There is only a useless chatbot. I left it 5 hours ago and no one has given me an update on my request yet. I am writing here hoping someone from Cabify will see it and contact me!
Super complicated to login and being able to order a ride. Ridiculous!
It doesn’t work, they blocked my account several times because I’m in South America and my bank is European. I’ve sent 4 times my ID and my credit card and every time the same problem. I can’t log in anymore, it enters a loop where it asks my password infinite times
Ho scaricato L’app per Siviglia e fuori dall’aeroporto mi esce il msg che non posso chiedere un taxi!! In 2 minuti ho scaricato Uber ed il taxi è arrivato in tempo zero!!!
Abbiamo utilizzato i motorini Cabify per conoscere Barcellona, ovviamente all’inizio tutto bene, finché a una certa era impossibile chiudere il noleggio e ancora più impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro, ora dopo 5 mesi dal viaggio mi tolgono 258€ dalla carta senza dirmi assolutamente nulla, da denuncia!!!! per non parlare dei taxi, abbiamo anche prenotato il taxi per le 05.00 am per andare in aeroporto, che non si è mai presentato. Non vi fidate assolutamente, sono dei ladri.
Servizio orribile, eravamo all'aeroporto di Madrid, abbiamo seguito le indicazioni dell'applicazione che ci hanno portato a questo 'parcheggio' recintato dove abbiamo provato per ben due volte a chiamare un'auto ma entrambe le volte le macchine non arrivavano, dalla localizzazione, completamente sballata, ci dava che le macchine erano fuori l'aeroporto, mentre dai messaggi dei guidatori loro erano apparentemente arrivati, ed erano in attesa ma non c'era nessuno! ovviamente i soldi se li sono presi e fino ad ora ancora non me li hanno rimborsati, pessimo.
Scoperto per caso a Madrid, ci ha aiutato a tornare all’hotel quando eravamo troppo stanchi evitando di prendere la metro che non ha una buona copertura. + prezzo competitivo per ogni tratta ++ pick up e arrivo nel punto esatto Consigliato
El conductor muy bien. El auto impecable. No estamos muy conformes con cómo fue nuestra primera utilización de la app. Al instalar nos decía que el transporte costaría 5,81€ y llegaría un conductor en dos minutos. Pusimos pagar y nos pedía de esperar de esperar 10 minutos para el primer uso. Esperamos los 10 minutos y al confirmar nos decía que el conductor llegaría en 13 minutos y costaría 7,52€. Estaría bueno que los datos sean un poco más transparentes y no den solo información para captar clientes. Quizás si mis experiencias futuras mejoran cambiaré la calificación. De momento mediocre.
I requested a ride and the driver said that he had arrived and that he had been waiting for me for more than 2 minutes, this is not true because he called me and I was in front of the address and he was not there. I entered the chat and talked to the attendant, she confirmed that the driver really was at the wrong address and informed me that if at the end of the trip the value was higher than the beginning informed, I should open a complaint. I already opened the complaint and no one responds to me. I was billed twice (the first bill was the initial trip amount and the second bill was the initial amount + the driver's waiting amount). but he was at the wrong address waiting for me and I'm not going to pay for it.
Partiamo da un presupposto: la mia recensione negativa è influenzata da un episodio, che però delinea una carenza strutturale dell’App. Al termine di una corsa scendo dal taxi in aeroporto, carico di bagagli. Appena l’auto riparte, sarà stata a 20 metri, mi accorgo di aver dimenticato gli occhiali da sole sul sedile. Purtroppo dall’App non c’è alcuna possibilità di chiamare subito l’autista, per chiedergli di fermarsi e recuperare l’oggetto lasciato in macchina. Sarebbe bastato un tasto per chiamarlo, era ancora là, e in un minuto avrei recuperato l’oggetto. Invece, con l’autista ancora a vista d’occhio che si allontanava, ho dovuto chattare con un operatore Cabify per spiegargli tutto e dopo varie ore mi rispondono che l’autista non ha trovato sul sedile… Una assurdità!
