The app is really appreciated.☺️really easy to use and find the car that you desire to rent . Really excited to try this out when ever I need to rent a car for a cookie of days going on a road trip with my friends and family. Some rental spots are as efficient in keeping up their technological advances but not Carla car rental.

Deception at its finest

I booked a car at a really cheap price at peak times when even the car rental websites were way more expensive. I thought I had a good deal. When I went to pick up the car, there were many more extra charges that I was not informed about and even the KM’s were not the same as the app had shown me. I don’t suggest anybody use this app as it is deceitful and not trustworthy.

False advertising

Please be aware that the car you rent will probably NOT be the one you reserve! With no support from Carla, you need to fight the fight yourself!! Not impressed!

Not enough options

Sorry but this is not what I am looking for. The app only compares major car rentals and give a choice of three vehicles. Would like to select my parameters more precisely. There is no option to look for a smaller type of car. I will be deleting this app!
