Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.

HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:

Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.

Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

Won’t let me login with work email

I’ve used this app before using my work email address instead of a URL. However, now it’s not working. Can you please fix then I will give 5 star!

Please add mouse support

It’s been over a year since Apple released mouse and trackpad support but this app still lack this feature. I would give this app a 5 star if it supports native iOS mouse or trackpad. Note that the Microsoft RDP app supports it and the user experience is much better! Try it for yourself. I need this app for work.

Recent update has broken the app again

3 finger touch keyboard shortcut error. Top area on ipad pro is unusable/unresponsive

Easy to use

Reliable

I have used this app for several years to connect with work sites when away from my home office and the Mac version of the app. Completely useable on iPad, with pinch and zoom it is workable on iphone too. I’ve found it consistently reliable - most problems have been with the work site end or the quality of connection wherever I happen to be in the world. And I’ve appreciated its steady improvements in ease of use. I have not encountered any of the setup or login issues some others have noted

Cannot maintain a connection

Nightmare of an app that makes you jump through hoops just to log in, then cannot maintain a connection for more than 30 seconds without logging you back out.

Good app.

Reliable and works well. Haven't had any problems with it connecting on my iPad from home to work.

Citrix have stuffed this up

Unfortunately Citrix have stuffed this up big time by not advising users that the Citrix Netscaler must be greater than version 10

Unreliable. Frustrating. Not fit for purpose

Used to work fine and now can't get it to work on my iPad or MacBook. There must be a better way
