Citrix Workspace app lets you access your SaaS, web apps, mobile, virtual apps, files, and desktops to help you be as productive on the go as you are in the office. If your company uses Citrix, you have the freedom to work on your favourite device from wherever you are. Just ask your IT department how to get started.

HOW TO USE CITRIX Workspace app
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap on Get Started.
2. Enter the Server or email address as instructed by Your IT Help Desk or system administrator.
3. Enter your User Name and Password.
4. Select the applications you want to use.
5. For adding multiple accounts, navigate to Settings and tap on Manage Accounts.
6. For Deleting/Editing Account already added navigate to Settings and tap on the Store.

HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE TO CITRIX - Please contact your company's IT support team before following these steps:

Option 1
1. Open Citrix Workspace app and tap 'Settings' and then 'Support'.
2. Tap 'Request Help from Support'; This generates an email with log file.
3. Send the email to your company's IT support team.

Option 2
1. In the App Store, go to Citrix Workspace
2. Tap 'Reviews' and then tap 'App Support' found at the bottom right of the screen.
3. This launches the Citrix support forum where you can review reported issues OR
4. To report issues, tap the menu icon and create an account first.

No mouse support with external monitor

When connect the iPhone to an external monitor, I cannot use my Bluetooth mouse as the cursor.

the extend keys cannot showup on new ios sessions

why i need a name here... on

the extend keys got move out of the screen everytime the keyboard is called out, instead on attaching on the top like old ios settings, please fix it. I am forced to upgarde ios since your applications stop supporting legacy version, but after I upgraded now, your application is not working as expected….

When iPad + magic keyboard, the up arrow is not working. Moreover, the scroll direction is wrong too.

On iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard. Up arrow moves the cursor down just like the down arrow. Shift + left arrow works to delete instead of highlighting the text.

Problem on uppercase letters

I failed to login for months since uppercase letters can’t be input no matter using Shift, Caps Lock, etc. Unfortunately my password needs to have both upper and lowercase. Please fix the problem asap.

iPad Magic Keyboard doesn’t work well

When I using IPad Magic Keyboard using Citrix Workshop Remote Desktop. The “Shift” key for uppercase letter is doesn’t work well. Sometime need to type many times to get the Uppercase letter. And that magic keyboard work perfect when using other apps. Can u pls fix the bugs?

The virtual keyboard cannot enter capital letter properly

Same as title, the virtual keyboard cannot enter capital letter when I enter my login password to the remote window system. I failed to enter proper password and lead to my company IT to unlock my user account as I failed too many time. Eventually I found out the capital letter cannot be sent for password entering for window login screen

Cannot use the keyboard properly

When I enter the window login page by using the Remote Desktop via Citrix workspace, I cannot type the correct character inside the window login page. I am ok for using this app by previous version, I cannot normally use by update the apps. Please help to double check the app is normal or not. It is horrible.
